This mixture is designed to provide a “discreetly masculine” aroma with a natural tobacco base.
- Tobacco Components: The modern recipe is a loose-cut mixture consisting of 65% Virginia (from Brazil and Africa) and 35% Black Cavendish (from Africa, Europe, and the Philippines). Some descriptions still note a base of Virginia and mellow Burley.
- Flavoring: It is infused with genuine eight-year-aged Kentucky Bourbon whiskey, providing a warm, tangy, and slightly smoky profile.
